Confession of Mitrovica released from Serbian prison: I was told I killed someone on Kralev.

Fahri Jusuf from Mitrovica, who was arrested six days ago in Serbia, has already been released from the Kralev prison cells following lack of evidence that there was any work against him.

The Kosovo team Prees was visiting the Jusuf family in the village of Reka in Mitrovica today, while the event's protagonist has spoken for the moment of arrest, several hours' stay in the town of Raska, as well as everything he has experienced during the five-day Kralev prison.

I was a member of the KLA. I made a military jeep with the hero Adam Trepca, whom we delivered to the KLA. We've done some other action for you. I haven't dared go to Serbia since. The cousin we started with told me that members of the KLA are no longer taking them away, as if they were being amnitated, so I decided to go. We drove to the border. When they put their IDs on the computer, I saw three policemen revising me. I knew I would be arrested because I had the work I had been asked for in 1999 in the Smrekonica prison. Then they told me, sir, you're under arrest. I asked them why, they told me you'd understand. Three policemen sent me to their headquarters, told me I was wanted by the state of Serbia. Míi put cuffs on, and five hours have held me together. I was sent to Rashka, where I was asked when I was in 1988-1999”, Yusuf said.

According to him, after five hours of stay and questioning in Raska, he was told that he had allegedly committed murder during 2012, in the town of Kraleva, which he had flatly denied.

He pointed out that on Sunday about midnight he was sent from Raska to the Kralev prison, until all the time he was afraid that he was preparing a scenario for a heavy work he had not performed.

Then I was told I had another hard case. I was asked who I killed in 2012 in Kraleva. I told you I haven't been to Kralev in 24 years. I only passed when I had someone sick in Belgrade, but I never stopped in Kraleva. I'm at the Kragle by 24:00. I was taken straight to prison, the míi did all the checks, and then I was taken to a key that was terrible. I didn't have any other mountains, but I was afraid of what would happen to me because I was being accused of something I had done. I was afraid I'd get stuck something I didn't do. They kept me there all night, then the next day they sent me to the room where five other prisoners were.. who were convicted of hard work from 7 to 18 years in prison”, explained Joseph, among other things.

Yusuf related how he was not allowed to contact his family, and after three days he had been in prison by a lawyer who had been committed by family members.

According to him, the lawyer had also announced that an assembly of a heavy work devised against him was being prepared.

Jusuf also spoke of a conflict of his 30 years ago here in Mitrovica, which he said is a prewritten act.

I prayed that for three days until Wednesday I have no days if my family knows anything about me... after three days the family had hired a lawyer who came to me, he told me he was my lawyer... He told me he read my file, I had no work from 2012, but now he's trying to make a golover, and now he doesn't know how to do it with you. He said they're putting me on a heavy job... I've had a conflict with an Albanian for what the media said there was injuries, they all know there was no injuries... on Friday, I've been waiting for family visits, until there came a police officer and told me that since today I'm free I'm an Ip. I've been waiting for at least one of the Kosovo liaison offices in Belgrade to visit me, so I can understand at least because I'm a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo and I'm unjustly held... In Serbia I've never had, after a work here before 30 years ago... the moment of detention was written here, I haven't even given an explanation, why I've only been arrested in prison, and I've been asked by the state to see my lawyer from Serbia, and I've never met them again, and I've met them at the police station, and I've met them in Serbia, and I've met with a lawyer, and I've met them in a lawyer, and I've met them at the office in Serbia....
