The boy goes into the suitcase to smuggle into the other country

The boy, believed to be 16 years old, was taken to the hospital in a critical condition for life after being discovered by British Border Forces officials Wednesday evening.

Andrei Iancu, 20, of Romania's Buzau was accused of trying to smuggle a person into the United Kingdom. He remains in custody and will appear before the Media judges later.

The briefcase was found in the trunk of a silver - colored Skoda Octavia car that was stopped at an area for vehicles arriving in Great Britain from France.

Kent police say the boy's condition has improved since last night.
