The Assembly is failing to vote any point, starts to end without the quorum

Without the quorum it started, and it's finished continuing the plenary session launched last week. None of the points discussed throughout Tuesday have managed to vote, Koha Ditore writes today.

But throughout the day, neither in discussions that took place morning nor after the pause have they returned to the vote. The vote at no point was held at 5:30, while Haliti has scheduled for voting during the development of discussions. There has been no vote at the end of the session, although discussions have lasted until after 18 p.m., and the bell calling MPs to vote has been heard about half an hour in the Parliament's premises, at the time when the sessions in the hall were completed, only 51 deputies from 120 as long as there is a Parliament.
