Four arrested for terrorism, three in Kosovo, one in Germany

Following several months of investigation into co-operation with the Kosovar Agency for Intelligence and the ongoing operation of June 5th, the Directorate Against Terrorism in co-operation with Kosovo Special Prosecutor has arrested three terrorism suspects, while in co-operation with German authorities one person has been arrested in Germany, with warrant issued by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
During this operation in the quality of suspects, three (3) suspected persons (R. K., A. A. and L. M.), under suspicion that the same have committed criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, which connects with terrorism”, says the Directorate for Antiterrorism announcement.
This police operation has been conducted in close co-ordination and co-operation even with German authorities, which have also implemented international arrest warrant issued by the Constitutional Court in Pristina against suspects B. B”, says further.
During this operation in the quality of material evidence, an AK 47 automatic weapon, three AK 47 rifle clips with 40 rounds, an air rifle, a colt gun, a pair of dylbis, a car with foreign license plates, as well as some electronic equipment and other glands, which are used to carry out the criminal work and will be analysed next.
At the order of the prosecutor in the case by Kosovo Special Prosecutor, police detention measures of 48 hours have been pronounced against suspects.
