Serbia continues to hold the implementation of the energy agreement hostage, and for this they are already fully aware of all relevans, including official Berlin. This international sensitivity certainly has not liked and will never please the Serbian chief of negotiations, so the declarations of the mountain for Kosovo's future are nothing new to us”, Arifi said.
He has expressed commitment that Kosovo fulfils all international obligations, but at the same time requires without exception the fulfillment of all obligations from others, saying that the time of unilateral implementation of agreements has ended.
