The event took place in Pavia, where the Albanian had been shopping the menu and would benefit from it 70 thousand euros from the baby's sale.
To become all legal, before the Albanian woman was born, she would marry the lawyer, who legally declared that the child was his, so he was his father.
But the fact that he was gay, and he was living with another male made investigators suspect and take the matter further. It was then discovered everything, as Albania proved to have benefited from the lawyer's account.
The investigators requested further DNA and she removed any doubts, the baby wasn't the lawyer's.
