The bill, which regulates the status for education workers who have contributed in the years BAR90s, has moved to the first reading in the Assembly on May 17th and is soon to be submitted to second reading.
The discrimination unions are basing it by relying on the Law on State-funded pension schemes, which envisions the stage of pensioning work for the 1989-1999 education, health and other workers working in the Kosovo Republic system.
Federation of Health Union Chairman Blerim Syla has indicated that he has sent letters to the prime minister and all parliamentary groups for what he can expect if the bill is approved.
