187 jobs at QKUUK are handled by task advisers

The audience, however, has found that there are about 187 officials in the SHSKUK, whose positions are covered by task officers. They include clinic directors and department chiefs.

No. 03L-212, article 10 points 6, respectively, stipulates that “contrata for a specific task, cannot be longer than a hundred twenty-nine days within a (1) year.” Also, Article 16 paragraph 4 of the QKUK station determines that“The directors of clinics and clinical services should be full-time working at the SHSKUKUK. There are about 187 officials in the SKKKU, whose positions are covered with task officers, of whom 26 are clinic directors and 79 are department chiefs. This situation is due to the neglect of the management to fill these positions”, the report says.

Also, there are five clinic directors at the KSKKUK who have leadership positions and who have declared the SHSKUK as secondary employer.

These officials have regular labour contracts and benefit primary wages from another budget organisation.

“Management positions held as secondary jobs risk causing poor results at work, as leadership of leadership positions requires full-time commitment. The Steering Board and the Director-General should ensure that at a more reasonable time/approach the legal requirements for fulfilling the leadership positions that are being held with the task manager. Also, it should ensure that all leading positions are exercised full-time at work”, the issue in the report is said.

Besides, some meat samples for the kitchen at QKUK have been untested.

The supplier must hand over a certificate of supply origin, at the latest when accepting supplies.

However, from testing six meat supply samples for QKUKUK's kitchen needs, the audience noted that for the total supply of 15,935kg, the economic operator had offered evidence of the origin of supplies for 7,407kg of meat, while for the remainder of the amount of 8,527kg financial value of 48,181% had offered no meat origin certificates.

The amount supplied without certificates of supply origin increases the risk that the product provided is not of the required quality.

And so, QKUK with 12,12.2017 had paid $23.682 for medical equipment service, while the device was not serviced by the operator until 15.02.2018.
