The VV says it has made efforts to stop this judge's vote even with several other parliamentary groups, but had failed to stop the pro vote.
In announcing this party, it points out that if the president does not reverse the decision of the Parliament, “that contains serious violations of the Constitution, the way to delegate the Constitutional Court institution” will be opened.
Laban was voted in the Kosovo Assembly last week.
