The European Integration Minister says convinced that Kosovo in June will receive positive recommendation and that citizens will be able to travel without visas by the end of this year.
Minister Hoxha says the European Commission has sent continued reports on fighting corruption and that positive results have been noted. But, for connoisseur of the justice system, Kosovo has failed to fight high-level corruption, saying no one has so far been sentenced to effective prison terms. Since 2010, the main promise of Kosovo leaders has been visa liberalisation.
