While Prime Minister Haradinaj continues to declare that the guide for the establishment of Association/Unibility will be the Constitutional Court's decision, his reference subordinates have only Brussels agreements. Local Power Management Minister Ivan Todosijevic has said it has also become clear to European Union representatives that they will work exclusively on the agreements reached in Brussels.
