Part of this delegation, besides the head of state, will be Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli.
That is how officials from the Presidency, who have expressed confidence that Kosovo will be equal to all participating states in this summit, where European Union officials are expected to meet with those of Western Balkan countries.
Ardian Arifaj, adviser to President Hashim Thaci, has ruled out the possibility that EU states, which have not recognised Kosovo as a state, pose any problems.
The “has had some reservations at the outset, but as Kosovo we are very grateful to Bulgaria first as an organiser, as a host, and then other states that have recognised Kosovo, which have insisted on what the summit means only if it is kept with all the states of the Western Balkans”, it has declared to “Zerin”.
