That is how officials from the Presidency, who have expressed confidence that Kosovo will be equal to all participating states in this summit, where European Union officials are expected to meet with those of Western Balkan countries.
Ardian Arifaj, adviser to President Hashim Thaci, has ruled out the possibility that EU states, which have not recognised Kosovo as a state, pose any problems.
