Publicist Flaka Surroi has published a scripture on the KOHA portal, titled “Seven Enter” referring to recent political developments in the country, writes Periscope.
It has initially dealt with the Sofia summit, showing how Kosovo was put into that document.

To support the fight against impunity with support of the UN Mechanism for International Criminal Court and Special War Crimes Court in Kosovo* (*this appointment does not prejudge status and is in line with UN Resolution 1244/1999 and with the opinion of the International Court of Justice for Kosovo Declaration of Independence) through EULEX...” So Kosovo entered the Sofia document in 2018, and this 15 years after Thessaloniki, when it entered that document through the U. She writes NMIC.
