The second initial defendant B.M. By Prizren the Court has convicted him because he committed criminal theft by Article 327 parag.1. KPRK's, and criminal purchase, accession or hiding items during the conduct of criminal acts by Article 345 to 2.K has imposed the penalty on 300,00 (three hundred) euros.
