If you are engaged during the week and cannot sleep more than five hours, it is imperative that you get more sleep during the weekend. That was the conclusion of the University of Sweden's research. According to this research, all people under 65 years of age should sleep more than five hours on weekends if they can't do this during the next day of the week, writes Mashable, the Periscope broadcast.
The investigation has been conducted by looking at this process of some 300,000 people for 13 years.
The study published in the scientific magazine ʹJournal of Sleep Research shows that if you're too busy on a week's work plus you're a tobacco user, but even more coffee, the risk is too great to cope with deadly diseases.
Torbjörn Alerstedt, a researcher, says this poor state of sleep can be repaired by compensation at leisure, over the weekend.
The results of research show that if poor sleep (not during the week) combines with better sleep over the weekend, then disease that leads to death is prevented, says the study./Periscopi/
