So many sessions for lack of corumi-deputs are being signed for hire.

The Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), which through platform “MyVita” continues to convey the work of the assembly during January ʹ of this year by eight sessions of how much the Parliament has held, all are delayed for lack of quorum. These sessions have been followed with follow-ups, even up to four times.

Postponing sessions for lack of corruption is predox, though 90% of MPs have been signed on the turnout lists -- a considerable number of them have not stayed in the hall until the end of the session.

“As a result, voting the agenda points on the day it was set before has been impossible due to the failure of MPs”.

The frequent default of the Assembly hearings has left behind with regard to the adoption of laws, further affecting the prolonging of many pre-executive cases for review and follow-up with many points of the agenda”, KDI reports.

According to KDI, this comfort of MPs not to stay until the end of the hearings comes due to the lack of sanctioning these actions through the Parliament's work regulation.

The regulator provides convictions for MPs only in case of lack of the Assembly for more than six months, but does not specify other penalties for the large number of shortages. While the New Framework Adjust is in the screening procedure, MPs have to address and regulate this matter”, the notice further says.
