Serbs call for changing Kosovo's laws to adapt to the Communist Association statute with the Serbian Majority. That is the requirement for which he has warned that he will insist the next few days the outgoing Minister of Local Power Management Ivan Todosijevic writes today Koha Ditore.
But he has not shown which laws should be affected to pave the way for the establishment of association. He has just said they should adapt to Brussels agreements. He has criticised the upstanding governments for failing to fulfill that obligation, five years after signing the agreement.
The “what I consider my work in this process (of drafting the v.j.) is to insist that the Government of Kosovo start with harmonisation of legal frameworks for implementation of the Brussels Agreement and the establishment of the Serb Communist Community. This would have to start and end five years ago, shortly after its arrival”, Todosijevic said of “Kha Ditore”. According to him, it is Pristina that should determine which rules should be changed.
