“Following the current mandate, the EULEX Mission has no authority to prosecute such requirements. This fact has been communicated to him through a letter, the Constitutional Court of Kraleva”, said in response by the EULEX Media Office.
Radomir Ljubljana was an official for information in Dogans of Serbia, and in 2012 was sentenced by the Court in Serbia for misusing official office.
Last week, Laban was elected judge of the highest justice institution, the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
