Journalist Augustin Palockaj has written about the informal summit held in Sofia, Bulgaria, writes Periscopi.
In that writing, Palocaj says this summit has confirmed some bitter truths to countries in the region as regards their quick membership in the European Union. According to Palockaj, the Sofia summit showed the unsupportable positions of leaders of key EU countries, in particular it has cited the stance of France's president, Emmanuel Macron and that of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
