It's Vetevendosje assist in this municipality, Hysni Mehan, who says that the day before, a family of his family from the Chief Family Medicine Center referred to him as conducting these tests.
Mehanni says this reference was carried out by QKMF director Miradije Kadriu's wife, who works in laboratory service at the centre.
Despite the fact that he raises this problem several times in the Municipal Assembly, Mehan says he never got an answer.
But QKMF director in Skenderaj, Fazli Kadriu, has denied the accusations that his wife carried out such a reference.
While acknowledging that his wife owns the “Johnila” laboratory, which is close to the facility of the Family Medicine Center, says that none of his employees have made references even when some of the tests are not conducted in the institution he runs.
KTV has also contacted Miradije Kadriun, but she refused to speak to the camera. Until she denied referring to any patients in her lab that was in her name.
KTV also contacted the health director in this municipality, Osman Veliu.
Veliu has said he has been informed of the case, but there is still no answer to the case, saying he cannot talk more about it.
Otherwise, Article 41 of the Law on Health prohibits the reference of patients from a public institution in the private sector.
