He was arrested in Spain, Bill Browder, a great critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
He was sentenced to 9 years in prison by a Russian court, on charges of fraud and tax evasion.
Interpol had earlier refused to issue the warrant for his arrest, under suspicion that it was mainly of political nature.
However, Browder through a publication on the Socia Twitter network, has announced that Spanish police have arrested him because of an Interpol warrant.
