That is how party secretary General Aida Drggit has announced through a press release.
Hoti has exercised the post of spokesman in Vetevendosje Movement, from which she resigned in the big wave of evacuations that had included Albin Kurti's party.
The PSD during yesterday has elected chairman of the Shpend Ahmeti party, as well as Vice President Visar Ymer.
