The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina has launched investigations into the case of a fire explosion in the oil reserves of the “Al Petrol” company in Fushe Kosovo.
Foundation Chief Prosecutor Imer Beka has indicated steps he will take over the case.
Beka has been notified of more details about the case concerning the custody prosecutor, Rexhep Macedonia, who was on the scene, along with the country's police.
He has announced that several people will be interviewed, including company owner Latif Kryeziu.
All possible evidence has been received from the site, and now all responsible persons” have been questioned, Bekka said about Indexline.
Otherwise, the great trigger of the fire came as workers have been first clearing a reserve then moved to the inclusion of other reserves.
We remember that some people have suffered injuries from this situation, one of which is in serious health condition even after the operation was subdued at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo.
The plastic surgeon, Adem Klokoqi, has said that following the operation he has performed on the injured is now under intensive care at QKUKU.
“It's a severe burn, it's an area of 80 percent. So it's not superficial burns but it's deep burns and it's life threatening. Even if it's at the world's largest burning center what we've done in the operating room doesn't get any different, Klokoqi said.
The event has caused human damage, major material damage, as well as ecological consequences.
