This is the Pristina Bill, adopted today in the Assembly.

The organisation and functioning of Kosovo's capital, which has special legal status under the Kosovo Constitution, is regulated by this law.
In the Pristina Bill document, which has provided Telegrafi, writes that the “Bill for the capital of the Republic of Kosovo/Pristina, consists of 21 provisions, contains the general provisions that include: The purpose and scope of the law, the definitions, the status of the capital, the Symbols, the Competences, the Capital's Organs, the Organising of the Assembly, the Capital Administration, the co-operation between capital and the Central Authorities, the Capital Property, Capital Financing, and the transitional provisions”.
Pristina under this bill will have police units that will only serve the citizens of Pristina. So the Municipal Assembly proposes to Pristina's president two candidates for directorship of the Capital Police Directorate, which appoints one of them as director of the Capital Police Directorate.
And according to this Bill, the capital establishes the capital's general hospital, whose functioning and organisation regulates with relevant legislation in force.
Under the chairman's administrative staff are included: cabinet chief, administrative assistant and logistics official. Also, for the first time, the mayor has two vice-presidents who assist the mayor in exercising his powers, the mayor can appoint up to five advisers who advise him in exercising his duties and responsibilities, whom he appoints and dismisss.
Former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, during the time of Pristina's chairman, had insisted on this law, until the clash with the government, which was headed by Hashim Thaci.
