Polls blocked in Albania's Parliament, DP-PS crash

Today's parliamentary Seanca, chief Democrat Lulzim Basha started by bowing to Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj, for whom he said he had kept his drug trafficking brother away from the doors of his cell.
