The Security Force Ministry has already handed down the Army Bill on Government. But the country's executive still has no plans on when the issue will be in order, so it can then proceed to the Assembly.
Forming the military through constitutional changes, as internationals are seeking, is seen as impossible.
The Ministry of Kosovo Security Force (MFSK) has already handed over to the Kosovo government the Bill on the Army, but the country's executive has not yet decided whether to proceed through legal or constitutional changes.
Kosovo Government officials have declared the newspaper “Voice” that this issue is completely political and have not specified when to proceed to the Assembly.
On the other hand, members of the Commission for KSF Supervision from the opposition ranks have estimated that a strategic plan must certainly be found to act in this direction, as the Serbian List is continuing to block the making of the army, as the international community is seeking through the amendment of the Constitution.
