The Kosovo government chose to wrap up the process of selecting the board of the company, Krepchaʹ, including the British Embassy, with which there are co-operation agreements for the recruiting process in public office.
The newspaper life in Kosovo had asked Government why the names of candidates are hidden and the expulsion of Britons had been answered.
The ambassador of Great Britain to Kosovo, Ruairi O'Connell, indicated for the first time why they were asked not to get involved in this recruiting process.
“We cannot force anyone to do it, the project only has sense if Kosovo institutions do it themselves. I can understand because the Trepca process would always be political because of the need for Serbian side involvement from the north. I knew this would be very difficult”, O'Connell said.
He noted, however, that the Parrim remains the same that in the Trepca people should be employed on merit.
In the second part of this show were interviews with Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj concerning environmental pollution.
