Infrastructure Minister Paul Lekaj has refused to speak about his decision to terminate the work of the Technical Faculty, and the same thing is passed by another private company.
He has done so in opposition to the Law for Competition.
Based on an administrative guide, the Minister of Infrastructure has halted the event of a-testing to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and the same has been passed on to the EuroLab company, which has the monopoly of this event, but eventually it has been betrayed by this monopoly.
Some articles of this administrative directive, according to the Kosovar Competition Authority, are contrary to the Law for Competition.
The Justice Team in Kosovo has tried twice to interview Minister Lekaj, but he has refused to speak. He also has not responded to e-mails, nor have phone calls for interviews.
