At the 17 approved provisions of the Declaration, the BP countries are said to co-operate among themselves, have to fight negative phenomena such as corruption and organised crime, co-operate in security issues, avoidance of migration, strengthen economic co-operation, combating drug trafficking and trafficking of human beings, undertaking measures for security in cyber warfare, fighting terrorism, etc.
But this document does not discuss the membership of BP countries in the EU or any given time when this could happen.
