Regarding the published provisions for resolving the name issue, Zaev confirmed that these have been part of talks at the leadership meeting.
As he added that talks with Greece on the name are in the final phase, and it was decidatory about whether there will be a referendum or not, where he said citizens would say the final word, and as a period when the referendum was to be held in September or October, reports Macedonia's Tv21.
As before the referendum was held, the eventual agreement to be reached needs to be ratified in Parliament, because Zaev said it is important for citizens to know the position of politicians before being clarified in the referendum, where Zaev said, among other things, expects opposition support for ratification of the agreement.
