Some advice on how you survive heat and take care of your health:

Go to cold places

Do whatever you can if temperatures rise, and start by finding places in shade and cold for rest even during work. If another person goes through difficult times because of heat, then help him get away from the heat and put him in the shade or call an ambulance for help. High temperatures can cause major problems in some people.

Monitor body temperature

As temperatures begin to rise, so do body temperatures. To avoid any emergency situations, constantly check your body temperature. If you see another person suffering from high temperatures, and you see that your body temperature is past normal, you are immediately called medical help for it.
