Kusari-Lila: Ardian Gjini is lying and he's a sick head.

The Gjakova Alternative's branch yesterday has handed the Kalaveshi family the file on expropriation procedure for Sulejman Vokshi's Tower after the AAKA municipality led by Ardian Gjini for months had kept them hidden. This process was launched in 2014 when Mimoza Kusari-Lila was leading the municipality.

This action was undertaken, since the mayor of the municipality, the Cadastrian Directorate and local government in Gjakova, kept the Calaveshi family hidden the required documentation, unable to access official documents, says the report of the Facebook Alternative branch.

The files include the continued demands of then-President Mimoza Kusari Lila, to former Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, former ministers of the Ministry of Culture, Resilience and Sports, former Finance Minister and former Minister of Environment and Space Planning, to the official assessment of the Ministry of Finance and the Council for Cultural Heritage.

Alternative Speaker Mimoza Kusari-Lila in a proposal for Periscope has said the current chairman of Gjakova, Ardian Gjini during the election campaign, but even after that, has declared there was no appreciation in the municipality and no documentation for the tower's expropriation.

This is the second actual denouncing done to the current mayor of the municipality, since Ardian Gjini publicly stated that the Sulejman Vokshi Tower has no resident and that expropriation procedures have not been implemented.

The indictment said:

I've had no personal interest in expropriating the lands around the tower “Sylejman Vokshi”, given that the urban plan for this part was drafted long before I served the citizens of Gjakova in the quality of the mayor of the municipality. Furthermore, the tower in question is protected cultural heritage and any action contrary to the urban plan or protection of the tower would be illegal.

In August 2014, the then mayor of the Gjakova municipality, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, had requested the launch of the expropriation procedure for Sulejman Vokshi's tower.
