According to data from the Kosovo Statistics Agency, Kosovars in April have paid 2.5 per cent more expensive electricity than in March.

The ASK shows that the rise has taken place in addition to electricity, which is necessary to Kosovars. It's trees, water, nonalcohol drinks, and so on.

“A slight price growth is seen in subgroups: tree (1.1%); mineral water, nonalcoholic drink, juices from trees and vegetables (0.4%); electricity (2.5%); use of personal transport equipment (0.5%), with a common impact of these subgroups of 0.1% in IHK”, says the AKS index.
