The one on the “Dosier D” show, RTV Dukaagjini, has said that Shpend Ahmeti and Visar Ymer are both suitable candidates for the first PSD.
“As far as general conditions are concerned, the Shpend meets criteria, as does Visari. I both know them familiarly and for me two are almost the same. The mayor's position has great responsibility, so if there's a team that helps the chairman of his job, then the job will be easier”, Kelmendi added.
