A new study has highlighted jobs that Swiss firms have the most difficulty of providing.
The growing digitalisation and working force in old age have enabled Switzerland to face market deficits for about half a million workers by 2030.
This deficit has been observed by Swiss companies, especially for sectors that require more skills. So shows the new Adecco recruiting agency and the University of Zurich.
In the first three months of this year, mostly workers in Switzerland have been sought in the following sectors, Kp writes.
1) Auditors, tax advisers or trust policies
2) Engineers
3) Doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
4) IT positions
5) Legal position
6) Teaching and Education
7) Management and public service.
