According to one recent study, the best food for breakfast is oatmeal.
This study included 36 men and women, who were divided into three different groups, the first group consumed oatmeal for breakfast, the second group grain, and the third group were told not to consume breakfast and drink only water.
Both the first and second groups consumed 350 calories in total. During the next three hours, all participants were asked to report several times the level of satisfying, and blood samples were also taken to monitor their blood sugar levels.
