Hard Fight Within AKR for Posts at Albena Resitit Ministry

Reports of the Arbrel portal.infoja, which belongs to AKR Secretary, Pacolli Beatdown, concerning illegal employment in his party's cabinet, Albena Resiti, show that the situation within Behxhet Pacolli's party is not good at all.

The Minister of Environment and Space Planning from the AKR ranks, Albena Resishaj, has exposed today's report of the portal “Arbres.info”, to some family employment in her cabinet.

Regarding the employment of Andra Place and Adelaina Mehiut, in the reaction issued by MMPH, no legal violations have been made, writes Periscope.

“Info”, on claims of illegal employment in Minister Albena Resiti's cabinet, explains that such claims do not stand and as such damage the ethics of journalism by trying to manipulate public opinion. Employments in the cabinet of Minister Resitij are not illegal and are based on the regulation for the Administrative Courts of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers by No. 02/2011. According to this regulation, which specifys the appointment of the minister's cabinet, we explain that Mrs. Plana and Mrs. Adelina Mehiu has been appointed as assistant to the minister, not violating any legal procedure”, the Ministry of Environment and Space Planning's response reported.

The ministry's response says that even the brother of Minister Resitaj is not employed in the cabinet, and has warned that they will take measures based on the Civil Law on Shtip and Offure, Periscope reports.

In the minister's reaction, such reporting is said to be the tendency of individuals and malicious groups for personal gain, noting that someone has tried to interfere with its work, writes Periscope.

“We understand the claims of individuals and certain malicious groups for personal benefit from public institutions, but we let them know that Minister Resiti is committed to managing and spending the necessary public money by not allowing interference in her institutional work.
