The family members of Turkish citizens, deported by Kosovo, have not yet exercised any indictments against the government.
Lawyer Urim Vokshi has clarified that currently family members have exercised only a complaint about the order to break away with force and a lawsuit for revocation of their residence permit, KTV reports.
But according to him, the case will be sent to the Constitutional Court, until individual responsibilities are required.
Also, in terms of reporting the Time Ditore, according to which one of the Turkish citizens was wrongly deported, Vokshi says the government has responsibility for his return.
Deported ones at the end of March continue to be held in custody in Turkey's state.
In this case, the Ombudsman recently issued a report in which he found that the country's institutions, apart from international human rights conventions, have violated the Constitution.
One of the report's recommendations has also been non-material compensation from the Government of Kosovo, but such a request has not been made by their families.
