A 22-year-old Albanian will have to serve prison sentences for three and a half years after hitting the Syrian with two handfuls to his head.
The latter had changed his life in the hospital after several days of cranicocebral trauma.
The Kiel Court in Germany, the case that took place at a discotheque in Henstedt-Ulzburg, praised it as causing posthumously bodily injuries, writes German media, records Albinfo.ch, broadcasts the Kosovo Clan.
The 22-year-old has admitted that by the beginning of September last year, a young woman has been punched in the head by a fellow Syrian and, after its expansion on the ground, hit once again in the face.
The prosecutor had sought five years and four months in prison, while the defence attorney had maximum two years in prison.
