From this draft, it is seen that from the aspect of EU political obligations to the enlargement process, it is offered even less than it was offered 15 years ago at the Thessaloniki Summit.
But in practical terms, there are many concrete initiatives for the planning of Balkan countries that, if implemented, will help the region at least advance towards raising standards, and with this kind of access to the EU at least in this direction.
