Turkey's president, Recep Tayip Erduğan, today in the division of the Peace Prize “Zeytin Daı” said that so far they have offered assistance worth $31 billion to Syrians in Turkey, the Anadolu Agency (AA) reported.
Erdoğan, during this event, indicated that so far they have offered $31 billion assistance to Syrians in Turkey.
So why are countries that compete when economic, political and military powers are said to be twice the size, five times the tenfold of our country are left behind when humanitarian aid is mentioned? Because humanitarian aid, which is a full task of conscience and morality, does not bring money, does not bring oil, does not bring gold, does not bring political power. These are where there are diamonds, gold and oil for them, said Erdoğan. “Those experiencing in Palestine and Syria showed us the bitter truth. We know them well, we know them well, we know them well, and it's not possible to forget what they told us at bilateral meetings. There are no creatures, no human character, no conscience”, Erdoğan stressed. He noted that the “future of humanity will be determined by the results of the exam that mankind will give in the case of Palestine and Kudsite.
If this test can bring us honest success, we can look at hope in our future as humans. If the opposite happens then we can have a dark future where persecution prevails and where there is no right, freedom, and all moral and conscience dimensions said Erdogan.
