One of the main causes of discontent is eating in private.
So suggests the recently launched Index for Good Life in Sainsbury of Great Britain, carried out in collaboration with Oxford researchers in the economy.
More than 8,000 people were surveyed to see how people could have a better life. The collected data have found that British access has scored 0.5 points in the past six months.
While some of the reasons for lack of moods are associated with such factors as weather or major chaos in public traffic, this index has found other compelling reasons that make people dissatisfied.
More than any single factor, eating in loneliness is mostly related to sadness or lack of mood, Kosovo passes.
People who have eaten without company have scored 7.9 points less than the average, compared with those who have not been fed alone.
