The summer of 2010, Driton Latifi had ordered Lutfi Qosa to kill former KLA~ and KPC's member Nuredin Lushtak in his village of Prekaz. But by mistake, they had killed another person completely but by the same name.
Nuredin R Lushtaku, 33, was mistakenly victimized by this plan. He was shot at with a firearm about 8:00 p.m. while standing in his front yard in Prekaz on the Lower Weekend.
At the main Centre of Family Medicine in Skenderaj Lushtaku had arrived without any signs of life, having failed to survive his wounds. After the event, the main suspect in the assassination, Driton Latifi, had fled to flee where he has spent eight years.
Mitrovica's founding prosecutor has issued him the 48-hour maintenance decision until the detention measure is scheduled. The case attorney, Najazi Rexha, has not responded to the Frontal Commission's interest in this case.
