Welcome two new Constitutional judges. Disappointed that the Parliament failed to complete its work. Keep the justice system in Kosovo and resume the” process, Delawie wrote in a Twitter address.
We remember that yesterday, the Kosovo Assembly has elected the two new Constitutional judges. Radomir Laban from the Serb community and Bajram Latif from the non- majority communities.
However, no Albanian managed to get enough votes to elect judges.
We also remember that the Commission has found out there were 10 nominated for judges. They were Albanian Fazliu, Emrush Kastrati, Rock Manaj, Besfort Rrecaj, Makfirete Krasniqi, Vigan Qorrolli, Rame Hyseni, Hashim Colak, Albanian Ibraj-Mala and Nedmi Rexhepi, who met the formal-juridic conditions to be the Constitutional Court judge.
Yesterday, in addition to that, there were again clashes in the country between PDK's leader of the Xhavit Haliti session and LDK MP Arben Gashi.
