The online market in Albania is already a reality, but the consumer, on the other hand, is vulnerable to the quality and security that this market represents.
The pages in Instagrams that offer many products are not controlled and deceived by products they sell.
The case addressed this evening at Fut Far condemns this open fraud involving the Albanian consumer and no one is held accountable. In the newsroom of Fixie Fara came a press release from a citizen for a page on the Instagram social network, “Beautiful skin 3” traded so-called natural products artisanically prepared.

The citizen ordered an online hair cream and a washing soap. Once the citizen had received the order, she contacted the site again after the cream had caused her irritability in her skin, and the soap, even though she had paid $17,000 on the Internet, could be bought at $2.
The dentist had tried to contact the site again to ask for accounts of the goods they had sold and the return of the payment, but not that he didn't contact, but the site blocked. It was before this fact that the citizen turned to the postal service, where he forced the merchandise vendor to respond to the client. It finally took back the payment paid for a total of 57 thousand dollars. Forty thousand dollars of cream and 17 thousand soap advertised as bio from the Instagram page “Beauiful skin 3”.
The order immediately contacted the page “Beautif skin 3” to make an online message, just as theant had acted. Fixing reporters ordered a cream on their faces worth 4,000 dollars, and a 1700-dollar washing soap. After the order arrived with the postal service, Fix's journalists outlined the same problem with the denounciatory. The cream was unmarked, with its ingredients and scents inappropriate, and the soap was not an artisanal but amebal production.
Fix went to stores that trade plant products and asked about the price of the same soap, and the price was only $3,000, while the same product had been purchased online for $17 thousand.
The stick again contacted the page “Beauiful skin 3” to return ordered products, but the page immediately set up a block, just as it had done with the citizen who denounced it. But cases of selling various products on Facebook or Estagram where they cheat on products and no longer respond to the client are many and no one is responsible.
Fix's reporters turned to the Ministry of Economy, Internal Market Sector to ask whether there is a plan to control the market online and how protected the consumer is from these purchases. Colotilda Neziri, chairman of the Consumer Protection Commission at the Ministry of Economy, said that pages that citizens can make online purchase should have some necessary elements, such as the possibility of turning the product back in cases when the expectations and description of the product are not achieved. “Online face must have an exact address and be a state-controlled business by completing all laws in power on consumer rights” is expressed by Neziri.
Currently, in Albania there are 44 online subjects operating and controlled. “In cases where an online site has no concrete data and it acts the same as in the case that Right has denounced, we are dealing with a criminal offense and should address the respective organs. So far in the institution I run, there is no punishment from consumers for shopping on online pages” concluded Neziri. /Top Channel
