The one in the Bulgarian capital, which is taking part in the “Vienna Economic Forum”, has said that the condition of recognising Kosovo's independence, which has been the autonomous province of Serbia, is impossible, since, according to her, “Union countries have not recognised and will never recognise Kosovo's independence<3>.
“This has never been a condition and I assure you that it will never be a condition, but normalisation of relations” is required, the tanug quoted the Serbian government as saying first.
Brnabyq has stressed that it cannot be expected from Serbia “simply to recognise Kosovo's independence” and has added that compromise is needed in which “s will all be lost and all will gain”.
