Kosovo's Ministry of Force and Security with 8 days late has sent the draft laws for transforming KSF into military, while now it is left to the Government of Kosovo to proceed with the same at the Government's meeting
Kosovo's Ministry of Force and Security has confirmed that the KSF Transformation Bill has been sent to Government on May 8th, with cases they have voiced confidence that the country's political parties will vote in favour of this transformation.
After receiving the financial declaration for budgetary costs from the Ministry of Finance and the consent of the European Integration Ministry that drafts are harmonised with the EU legislation, drafts for transforming the KSF on May 8, 2018 has sent to the Government”, Ibrahim Shala, spokesman at the MSF, wrote further “Zri<3>.
On the other hand, the Government of Kosovo says it is seeking consensus on this issue, which they think should be done in co-ordination with Kosovo strategic partners.
