Several published images show the moment when some Kurds in a refugee camp in Greece are attacked. The attackers of these refugees have done so with the reasoning that they are believers because they are not fasting Ramadan.
At least ten people are reportedly injured because of the violence that has erupted.
The incident occurred at the Moria camp, according to foreign media, writes Periscopi.
“Sulmi occurred among several Arabs of the red and several Kurds regarding fasting), said Syria's 19-year-old refugee, Mohammed Kahal.
I was fasting yesterday, then some Arabs from Syria, Iraq and Yemen came to me, and they said Kurds are unbelievers because they don't fast. Then began the fight”, Khalil said.
It is not the first time that clashes between refugees broke out in this refugee camp for various reasons. Last year, a refugee from Afghanistan had even been killed in this camp because of disagreements with other refugees. /Periscope.
