He has said he has agreed that this community was formed only after the change, namely, the establishment of legal regulations.
Vuciq has indicated that there is no such decision and that the implementation part of the Brussels Agreement stresses that this will be regulated with the establishment of legal regulations and judicial order in Kosovo.
When all changes occur then comes the confirmation of the Constitutional Court, which has the right to just confirm and not deny or stop”, Vuciq declared.
He has asked whether everything should be done in accordance with Kosovo laws, then why did Serbia have to go to Brussels?
Vucic has added that his critics expect Serbia's failure.
According to him, if Pristina does not approve of agreements then all talks would be meaningless and unnecessary, the news.net writes.
The Serbian president has indicated that soon Belgrade will be visited by EU High Representative Federica Moghrini and European Council President Doland Tusk, so this will be a good opportunity to see how people interpret the agreement.
