Vuciq postpones proposal for Kosovo

According to what has been broadcast from Bloomberg agency, Vuciq has said it will take even longer for the major powers, including the EU and the US, to persuade Kosovo to accept concessions so that Serbia's citizens can present the agreement without the feeling of humiliation.
